A.  In the event a Courthouse employee receives a report of a missing child in the Municipal Court facility, the following procedure should be implemented:

1. The employee having first contact with the parent or reporting party should;

   1. Obtain the name and a detailed description of the child.

   2.  Contact Court Security at 645-8990 and report the missing child information along with your name and location.

   3. Try and keep the parent or reporting party with you until security arrives.
